North troop group assault units continue to engage in intense combat operations, advancing deeper into Sumy Region. Russian Airforce and strike UAV operators delivered fire strikes against enemy manpower concentrations and equipment in the areas of Pysarivka, Kucherivka, Myropillia, and the village of Khotin.
▪️ During sustained engagements, Northmen assault groups advanced on 8 directions in Sumy district and on two sectors in Hlukhiv direction. Over the past 24 hours, total forward movement amounted to up to 750 meters.
▪️ As a result of coordinated fire engagement, key ukrainian UAV crew and control posts located in forest belts along the Kleven River, which forms part of the Russia–Ukraine state border, were destroyed.
▪️ No significant changes on the Tetkino and Hlushkovo directions. Russian artillery crews and UAV operators continue to conduct strikes against identified enemy targets.
Residents of Putyvl reported on social media that groups of Spanish-speaking looters were operating in the vicinity of the town. Following appeals to law enforcement authorities, it was established that these individuals were foreign mercenaries of the AFU from Latin American countries who had terminated their contracts and refused to participate in assault operations.
Kharkiv direction
During fierce fighting, assault groups of the 12th Motorized Rifle Battalion, 69th Motorized Rifle Division, 6th Guards Combined Arms Army of the “North” Group of Forces broke through the stubborn resistance of Ukrainian border guard units (1st Border Detachment) and liberated the village of Kruhle, Vovchansk District, Kharkiv Region.
▪️ In Vovchanski Khutory, assault troops continue clearance operations of ruins and basements of former residential buildings. The enemy is attempting to halt the advance of Russian assault groups through the intensive employment of strike UAVs. In response, North Group chemical defense troops conducted strikes using heavy flamethrower systems against the area of concentration of enemy drone operators.
The command of the 113th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade is actively recruiting UAV crews, promising potential recruits exemption from participation in assault operations. However, information published in obituaries by relatives of deceased UAV operators from the 113th Brigade indicates otherwise.
▪️ On the Liptsy direction, assault groups of the 11th Army Corps advanced on three sectors up to 350 meters through wooded terrain in the direction of the village of Vesele following intense engagements.
▪️ On the Velykyi Burluk direction, Russian assault groups advanced on four sectors up to 300 meters. Russian Airforce delivered fire strikes against positions of the 159th Separate Mechanized Brigade of AFU near Kolodezne, inflicting significant personnel losses on the enemy.
Over the past 24 hours, confirmed enemy losses amounted to more than 210 personnel (over 110 in Sumy Region and more than 100 in Kharkiv Region). The following assets were also identified and destroyed:

Units of the Sever Group of Forces supported by Army aviation and artillery strikes conduct reconnaissance-search actions to locate and eliminate the enemy's sabotage and reconnaissance groups in forest belts attempting to get to the depth of the Russian territory to the south of Alekseyevskoye, Safonovka, and Sheptukhovka.
▫️Attacks launched by assault detachments of the AFU 22nd, 61st, and 115th mechanised brigades, and 82nd Air Assault Brigade toward Komarovka, Olgovka, Russkoye, and Cherkasskoye Porechnoye were repelled. Over the past 24 hours, in return to terrorist attacks launched by Ukraine against civilian facilities on the territory of the Russian Federation, the Armed Forces of Russia have carried out a group strike with long-range, air- and ground-launched high-precision weapons as well as with unmanned aerial vehicles against the facilities of the Ukrainian defence and energy industries used in the interests of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
