▫️Units of the Tsentr Group of Forces improved the tactical situation along the front line and inflicted losses on manpower and hardware of three mechanised brigades, one infantry brigade, one motorised infantry brigade, one jaeger brigade of the AFU, two marine brigades, and one national guard brigade near Dimitrov, Novoukrainka, Novotroitskoye, Nadezhdinka, Dzerzhinsk, Shcherbinovka, Petrovskoye, Shevchenko, and Krasnoarmeysk (Donetsk People's Republic). Eleven counter-attacks launched by AFU armed formations were repelled.
The AFU losses amounted to more than 490 troops, two U.S.-made HMMWV armoured fighting vehicles, one Canadian-made Senator armoured fighting vehicle, six pickup trucks, one 152-mm D-20 gun, and one 122-mm D-30 howitzer.

▫️Operational-Tactical Aviation, attack unmanned aerial vehicles, and Missile Troops and Artillery of the Russian Groups of Forces struck infrastructure of military airfields, ammunition depots, UAV command posts, as well as engaged the enemy's manpower and hardware clusters in 143 areas.
▫️Air defence units shot down 11 U.S.-made HIMARS MLRS projectiles and 56 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles.
▫️In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 650 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 38,595 unmanned aerial vehicles, 590 anti-aircraft missile systems, 19,972 tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles, 1,504 MLRS combat vehicles, 20,010 field artillery guns and mortars, and 29,509 units of support military vehicles have been neutralised.

In this weekly report from the MoD of the Russian Federation of the continuation of the SMO, the Armed Forces of Ukraine had 9,235 soldiers with 58 surrendered to Russian Forces.
From 15 to 21 February, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out 11 group strikes by long-range air-, ground-, and sea-based high-precision weapons, and by unmanned aerial vehicles, which hit the facilities of the gas-power and port infrastructure, as well as electrical substations that support the work of the Ukrainian defence industry.
