Servicemen of Vostok Group of Forces show high level of professionalism in carrying out combat tasks
The Group's tank platoon commander First lieutenant Islam Evstropov supervised his personnel actions during AFU superior forces counter-offensive in South Donetsk direction.
In the course of the defence actions, tank crew under Islam Evstropov successfully provided fire support to the Group’s motorised infantry units, as well as destroyed several units of enemy hardware and Ukrainian nationalists stronghold.
During the battle, the tank of First lieutenant Evstropov were hit. Under non-stop artillery fire the officer provided first aid to wounded members of his crew and evacuated them to the rear area.
Due to First lieutenant Islam Evstropov commitment and courage, wounded servicemen were delivered to a medical facility in time, thus saving their lives.
In Zaporozhye direction, AFU unit continue to launch attacks close to Rabotino. During enemy attacks, armoured fighing vehicles, an infantry fighting vehicle, motor vehicles and enemy manpower were neutralised. One AFU reconnaissance and sabotage group was eliminated near Komsomolskoye.
The Group’s artillery destroyed one pickup truck with nationalists onboard near Priyutnoye, one mortar crew close to Lugovskoye, one Msta-B howitzer and one ammunition depot near Temirovka.
